About Me
I was born and raised in a small town in Ontario, or at least it's always felt like a small town. I had an active childhood, an overactive imagination and a restless soul...
I played every sport in school and excelled at everything I did. As an adult I played competitive soccer and volleyball. I'm very lucky that I never had an injury that took me away from sports for too long.
In 2012 I decided to change my life. I quit my job and went back to school. I graduated from Fitness and Health Promotion with Honours. I am a conference presenter, certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a nutritional coach. I now get to meet and work with amazing people and help them create stronger, healthier lives.

My goal is to help you feel strong and healthy in your body.
I enjoy designing workouts with body weight exercises. If you have access to a gym or have weights at home I can incorporate that.
I want you to remember that health and well-being are the priority, weight loss is a secondary factor.
